Repairs within warranty
The quickest way to carry out a repair is to bring/send your tool to your manufacturer Servciepoints along with proof of purchase.
The service ensures that your tool is repaired by qualified specialist personnel. You can hand in your tools without accessories and cases.
The tool must not have been disassembled beforehand. The manufacturer will cover the costs of the repair.
In some cases, the service points offer a replacement tool instead of a repair.
Repairs outside of warranty
Here, too, we recommend that you bring/send the tool to your service point without any accessories or case.
You can set a maximum amount you are willing to pay for the repairs. or get a cost estimate before the repair.
The latter is subject to a fee. However, if you accept the offer and have your tool repaired, these costs will be waived.
