Repairs within the warranty
The fastest way to get your tool repaired is to bring/send it, along with your proof of purchase, to your manufacturer's service points.
The service ensures that your tool is repaired by qualified professionals. You can drop off your tool without accessories or case.
The tool must not have been disassembled beforehand. The manufacturer will cover the repair costs.
In some cases, the service points offer a replacement tool instead of a repair.

Out-of-warranty repairs
Here too, we recommend that you bring/send the tool to your service point without accessories and case.
You can set a maximum amount you are willing to pay for the repair, or request a cost estimate before the repair.
The latter is subject to a fee. However, if you accept the offer and have your tool repaired, these costs will be waived.
