The Zollernalb PIRANHA ZP3000 Brushless is a powerful concrete and renovation grinder for demanding work on construction sites, in workshops and on renovation projects.
With its powerful 3,000-watt brushless motor , a large 150 mm grinding system and continuously adjustable speed, the machine is suitable for both coarse material removal and finer grinding and polishing work.
The low weight of only about 3.4 kg , the ergonomically arranged double handles and the integrated dust extraction support controlled and comfortable work on floors, walls and other mineral surfaces.
Powerful 3,000-watt brushless motor
The ZP3000 is equipped with a modern 3,000-watt brushless motor . The brushless motor technology operates efficiently and does not require wear-prone carbon brushes.
As a result, the machine offers high power output, smooth running and lower maintenance requirements compared to conventional motors with carbon brushes.
The high motor power enables rapid material removal even on solid coatings, adhesive residues and hard mineral substrates.
Stepless speed control
The speed can be continuously adjusted between 3,000 and 6,000 rpm .
This allows the working speed to be adjusted to the tool used, the substrate and the desired surface finish.

Included in the scope of delivery is a 150 mm double-segment diamond grinding cup .
The double diamond segments enable even and powerful material removal. The grinding cup is particularly suitable for working with concrete, screed, plaster, adhesive residue, and hard coatings.
The large grinding diameter of 150 mm allows for rapid work progress on larger surfaces.
Grinding, repair and polishing with one machine
The Zollernalb PIRANHA ZP3000 is not only suitable for use as a classic concrete grinder. Thanks to the quick tool change, the machine can be converted for different tasks.
Depending on the tool mounted, the ZP3000 is suitable for:

Integrated dust extraction
Grinding concrete, plaster, screed, and coatings produces fine mineral dust. The ZP3000 therefore features integrated dust extraction and a 35 mm dust port .
The included dust bag can be connected directly to the machine via the flexible extraction hose. For intensive sanding work, we recommend also connecting a suitable industrial or construction vacuum cleaner.
Effective dust extraction reduces dust exposure, improves visibility of the work surface and supports a cleaner working environment.
Ergonomic guidance and low weight
With a weight of only about 3.4 kg, the ZP3000 is easy to control despite its high performance.
The ergonomically positioned double handles allow for secure handling with both hands. This is particularly advantageous during extended grinding work and when working on vertical surfaces.

Notes
For dusty work, the ZP3000 should ideally be operated with a suitable industrial or construction vacuum cleaner. The included dust bag is primarily intended for shorter jobs with less dust.
Before starting work, it must be checked whether there are any concealed electrical, water or gas lines in the work area.
The grinding or polishing tool used must be suitable for a diameter of 150 mm, the existing holder and the set speed.
Damaged, deformed, or excessively worn tools must not be used. The power cord must be unplugged before changing tools, cleaning, or performing maintenance.
Safety instructions: Wear appropriate eye, ear, hand, and respiratory protection while working. The machine must be safely guided with both hands during operation.
