The Zollernalb Shark ZS5000 is a powerful diamond ring saw for demanding cutting work in concrete, masonry and other mineral building materials.
With its large 410 mm diamond ring saw blade, the machine achieves an exceptional cutting depth of up to 300 mm . This makes it ideal for deep wall penetrations, door and window openings, as well as renovation, conversion and demolition work.
The water-cooled high-frequency motor, the ergonomic machine guidance and the integrated over-rotation protection make the ZS5000 a professional solution for jobs where high cutting performance and large cutting depth are required.
Cutting depth up to 300 mm
The particular advantage of a ring saw lies in its significantly greater cutting depth compared to a conventional cut-off saw with a comparable blade diameter.
The ring saw blade does not have a classic central mounting. This allows a significantly larger portion of the blade diameter to be used for the actual cut.
With its 410 mm ring saw blade, the Zollernalb Shark ZS5000 achieves a maximum cutting depth of up to 300 mm . Even thick walls and solid components can be cut deeply and with control.
High-performance high-frequency motor
The ZS5000 is equipped with a water-cooled high-frequency motor. Its motor output is comparable to a conventional drive of approximately 3,700 watts .
The high power density enables consistent work progress during demanding cutting operations in hard mineral building materials.
The machine operates on a standard 230-volt power outlet . A separate high-voltage connection is not required.
Integrated over-rotation protection
For added safety, the Zollernalb Shark ZS5000 features integrated over-rotation and movement protection.
If the machine is moved unusually strongly or jerkily upwards or downwards during operation, the system detects the movement and automatically switches off the drive.
The safety shutdown can help reduce uncontrolled machine movements and support the user in demanding cutting tasks.
Water-cooled cutting system
The included water pump supplies the diamond ring saw blade with cooling water during the cutting process.
Water cooling reduces dust generation, cools the diamond segments, and facilitates the removal of the removed material. At the same time, it contributes to consistent cutting performance and a longer service life for the ring saw blade.
The necessary water hoses and connecting parts are already included in the scope of delivery.

The ZS5000 comes with a segmented diamond ring saw blade with a diameter of 410 mm .
The universal ring saw blade is suitable for cutting work in concrete, masonry, and similar mineral building materials. The individual diamond segments ensure powerful material removal and support cooling during wet cutting.
Controlled machine operation
The ergonomically arranged handles allow for safe guidance of the ring saw with both hands.
This allows the machine to be guided precisely along the workpiece, even during deep and longer cuts. The compact arrangement of the motor, handles, and ring saw blade also facilitates work on walls, floors, pipes, and openings.
Splash-proof construction
The housing of the Zollernalb Shark ZS5000 has a protection class of IP55 and is therefore protected against dust in harmful quantities as well as against water jets.

Notes
The ring saw must only be operated with sufficient water cooling and a suitable, undamaged ring saw blade.
Before each use, the ring saw blade, guide rollers, water supply, and electrical connections must be checked. Damaged or incomplete components must not be used.
The ring saw blade must not be tilted or subjected to lateral stress during cutting. The machine should be guided smoothly and without excessive feed through the material.
