Zollernalb KORMORAN PRO ZKP800 – Brushless eccentric drywall sander for professional surfaces
The Zollernalb KORMORAN PRO ZKP800 is a modern brushless eccentric drywall sander for precise and efficient sanding work on walls, ceilings and large drywall surfaces.
The combination of 4 mm eccentric movement , electronic speed control, flexibly mounted grinding head and large 225 mm grinding system enables rapid material removal while maintaining a uniform grinding pattern.

4 mm eccentric movement for an even sanding pattern
Unlike a conventional, purely rotating drywall sander, the sanding disc of the KORMORAN PRO ZKP800 also performs an eccentric movement.
The 4 mm eccentric stroke distributes the sanding motion more evenly across the surface. This reduces typical circular sanding marks and promotes a fine, uniform finish.
This technique is particularly advantageous for plasterboard surfaces and surfaces that are subsequently to be painted, wallpapered or coated.
Modern brushless DC motor
The KORMORAN PRO ZKP800 is equipped with a modern brushless DC motor .
Brushless motor technology operates without wear-prone carbon brushes. This reduces maintenance requirements and simultaneously promotes smooth and efficient machine operation.
The power range specified on the nameplate is 400 to 800 watts .
Electronic speed control with 6 stages
The grinding speed can be electronically adjusted in six stages between 4,000 and 8,500 rpm .
The speed can be adjusted directly during work using the plus and minus buttons on the handle to suit the substrate, the abrasive and the desired material removal.
Six green LED indicators clearly display the selected speed level.

Separately switchable LED lighting
The grinding head is equipped with a surrounding LED light ring .
The flat sidelight makes unevenness, grooves, transitions and areas that have not yet been sufficiently sanded more visible.
The lighting can be switched on and off independently of the motor directly via the handle controller.
Integrated dust extraction
The flexible extraction channels on the grinding head direct the resulting grinding dust to the central extraction port.
The drywall sander can be connected to a suitable industrial or construction vacuum cleaner via the included suction hose.
Effective extraction improves visibility of the work surface, reduces dust exposure and supports a cleaner working environment.
Split long neck construction

Notes
For dusty grinding work, the machine should be operated with a suitable industrial or construction vacuum cleaner. When dealing with fine mineral dust, the required dust class of the vacuum cleaner used must be observed.
The machine should be guided evenly across the surface without excessive pressure. Too much pressure can impair the sanding result and unnecessarily strain the motor, sanding disc, and joint mechanism.
Before each use, the grinding discs, abrasives, extraction hoses, quick-release fasteners, power cord and machine housing must be checked for damage.
Damaged, incorrectly positioned, or heavily worn abrasives must not be used. The power cord must be unplugged before cleaning, maintenance, or changing abrasives.
