Zollernalb PIRANHA ZPP1900 – powerful brushless roller milling machine for renovation work
The Zollernalb PIRANHA ZPP1900 Brushless is a powerful roller and renovation milling machine for demanding renovation, refurbishment and demolition work.
With its powerful 1,900-watt brushless motor , a constant speed of 3,500 rpm and a newly developed diamond milling drum, it enables fast and even material removal on walls, floors, ceilings and other mineral surfaces.
Despite its high performance, the machine weighs only about 4.2 kg . The ergonomic double handles, the stepless milling depth adjustment, and the integrated dust extraction port support controlled and comfortable operation.
High-performance brushless motor
The ZPP1900 is powered by a modern 1,900-watt brushless motor . The brushless motor technology operates efficiently and does not require wear-prone carbon brushes.
With a constant speed of 3,500 rpm, the machine offers high removal rates even on solid coatings, adhesive residues and hard mineral substrates.
The brushless drive supports smooth machine operation and reduces maintenance compared to conventional motors with carbon brushes.
Diamond milling drum with 20 milling stars
The Zollernalb PIRANHA ZPP1900 is equipped with a newly developed milling drum. A total of 20 diamond-coated milling stars ensure powerful and uniform material removal.
The main roller operates with 19 milling stars. An additional lateral milling star enables the machining of edge areas, wall connections and edges.
The diamond-coated milling stars are particularly suitable for hard mineral substrates and offer high resistance in demanding renovation work.
115 mm working width plus side cutter
The main roller has a working width of 115 mm . Additionally, the integrated side cutter extends the working range by approximately 5 mm.
This allows for efficient processing of both larger areas and areas close to walls and edges. The side cutter reduces the need for time-consuming manual rework.
Infinitely adjustable milling depth
The milling depth can be continuously adjusted from 0 to 5 mm . This allows the machine to be precisely adapted to the respective material and the desired material removal rate.
A shallow milling depth is suitable, for example, for removing thin coatings or layers of paint. For heavier adhesive residues, plaster, or leveling compounds, the milling depth can be increased accordingly.
For sensitive surfaces, it is recommended to start with a shallow milling depth and adjust the setting gradually.
Effective dust extraction
Milling concrete, plaster, screed, and coatings produces fine mineral dust. The ZPP1900 therefore features an integrated dust channel and a 35 mm dust extraction port .
A suitable industrial or construction vacuum cleaner can be connected to it. External extraction reduces dust exposure, improves visibility of the work surface, and contributes to a cleaner working environment.
For mineral fine dust, a vacuum cleaner should be used that is suitable for the respective material and the resulting dust class.
Ergonomic double handles and low weight
With a weight of only about 4.2 kg, the machine is easy to control relative to its performance.
The ergonomically positioned double handles allow for safe and secure handling with both hands. This is particularly advantageous when working on walls, floors, and vertical surfaces.
The robust aluminum housing protects the drive and is designed to withstand the stresses of regular renovation and construction site use.

Notes
The machine should always be operated with a suitable industrial or construction vacuum cleaner. Before starting work, check whether there are any electrical, water, or gas lines in the work area.
The appropriate milling depth depends on the substrate and the material to be removed. To avoid damage, a shallow milling depth should first be set and tested in an inconspicuous area.
The machine must not be operated with damaged, incomplete, or excessively worn milling stars. The power plug must be disconnected before maintenance, cleaning, or tool changes.
Safety instructions: Wear appropriate eye, ear, hand, and respiratory protection while working. The machine must always be operated with both hands.
